Get Comfortable With Your Workspace
Every authorized email receives its own private PerfectCents workspace. Start here before entering accounts or transactions.
Sign in with your email
Choose Sign In on the PerfectCents website. Cloudflare Access sends a short-lived code to the email address your administrator approved.
Enter the code in the same browser. A Gmail, Apple, or ChatGPT account is not required.
Learn the left navigation
Plan is your monthly budget. Activity holds transactions. Recurring schedules paychecks and bills. Trends turns your records into reports. Goals tracks savings milestones. Accounts keeps each balance and history separate.
Complete your profile
Select your initials or avatar in the upper-right corner. Add only the details you want included in your private profile and PDF reports.
You may upload a large photo, zoom it, and reposition it before saving. PerfectCents prepares the image for the avatar automatically.
Understand privacy boundaries
Your accounts, transactions, goals, recurring items, and exports belong to your login. An administrator manages access and roles but does not receive a view into another member’s financial workspace.

Your workspace saves the records you submit, so you can complete the setup a section at a time.
